1st of May. It's Labor Day here in the Philippines. Today, I got promoted as a Supervisor of team with four members. Admittedly, it was a short roller coaster ride of two and a half months in my current job when I got promoted. Yes, I was aiming for it because I've been in the industry for good a number of years now and I believe I deserve to bring my career a notch higher. I did not expect it to be this soon though, especially with all the struggles and challenges our department has faced these days.

Thankful for my Manager for believing in me and to our Managing Director for letting me have this opportunity. I know everything's going to be hardcore from this day on.
